Albania and Ukraine have signed a significant security deal as Prime Minister Edi Rama met President Volodymyr Zelensky at the World Economic Forum.
Rama announced the agreement, calling it “an important step” in strengthening ties between the two nations.
Meanwhile, TikTok is under fire, with Rama warning the platform could face a ban in Albania unless stricter security measures are put in place. Talks with company representatives are ongoing as the app is expected to be temporarily blocked over safety concerns.
“If guarantees aren’t met, we’ll be forced to shut it down for good,” Rama said.
