DP leader Sali Berisha has promised jobs, homes and start-up support to stop young Albanians leaving the country.
Speaking online, he said brain drain is a national crisis and pledged to reverse it through investment, soft loans and job incentives.
Berisha urged Albanians abroad to vote on 11 May via the DP’s “Diaspora Votes” platform.
He also promised cheaper fuel, a €200 monthly minimum income, and a stronger push for EU membership based on merit and reforms.
Berisha ended with a message of hope, saying next year’s March 22 should be a celebration of democracy’s return.
