Ukraine has revealed details of a 10-year defence deal signed with Albania, promising stronger security and joint weapons production.
The agreement, made by PM Edi Rama and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, includes training for Ukrainian pilots, boosting cyber defences, and fighting crime together.
Albania will also work with Ukraine on ammunition production and support its army. The deal calls Russia’s war “illegal” and backs Ukraine’s independence and NATO ambitions.
Key areas include maritime security, stopping foreign interference, and holding Russia responsible for its actions. Both nations aim to deepen ties with Europe and NATO.
